International exchange has become one of the core focuses of many Japanese schools from middle school to university level.  Ribbon Productions has an extensive network to meet our client’s specific requirements for site visits.  Whether it is technical or leisure, we are able to match your needs to the facility and faculty, and to provide a bilingual coordinator as a facilitator and assistant.

One of the most popular requests from middle school to high school is the cultural exchange program with local schools.  Ribbon Productions is able to work through a tour company and/or directly with the Japanese school to find a local school to visit, make arrangements with the school, and provide the bilingual staffing for the event.

If the Japanese vocational schools or college departments request an educational lecture at a local college or university, Ribbon Productions can provide an interpreter for the lecture, including the Q&A session. An interpreter is also able to assist the group’s facility tour or other onsite activities.

Site visits are also available for private companies and organizations.  Please contact the office to inquire about your specific needs.

High school students in the U.S. often need to fulfill a certain number of volunteer hours as part of grade succession requirements.  Ribbon Productions can work with different types of non-profit organizations, accompany as a chaperone, and help obtain a certificate of completion for these students.
